In additional the system incorporates ML.NET (Miscorfot AI technology) for sentiment analysis against the guest comments to easily indicate ot the system user whether a comment is negative or positive. The system is integrated with the PMS and Survey links are generated with the Post Departure letter which is send to the guests one day after their departure.
